I purchased a DVD from the company ARBCO PICTURES INC on the 8th December and the money has been taken out of my account with no purchase yet has been received. I have contacted the company about it and they emailed back saying it will be issued within 20 days ( it is now the 29th December). However, they outlined that if I tried to reclaim the money from my bank then iot would go down as negative credit report for me. Any help? Your Miss S Bethom read full review »
