Company provided packet with a 30 day free trial, I mailed the packet back to Cheap Trips, Inc., certified mail, and waited patiently for my refund which never happened. I called numerous times and always received the same answer, we will have the Supervisor call you, never happened, then they would tell you that someone will be calling to set up a time to talk with the Supervisor, never happened. Constant delays and obviously a scam. It's time this company is stopped from doing any business. read full review »
