airtel takes my money from mobile with out any consent, i recharged for 20 rs in the night my balance was 19 totally. i didnt make any call or messge that night but when i saw in the morning balance was 2 rs, i dont have any value added servicces activated . this happens every 2 months then i call the customer support for get my money back . minimum i call 4 times for that, but wat the problem is, they dont allow me to call customer care they fucking messgae tells me that i wanna send sms to 121 then they will call me i send 30... read full review »
