Sir, We purchased a Maruti Omni during the year 2009 june & till date it has run 14700 kms & we have completed 3 free service. 2nd gear shiting complaint is reported since purchase & 5 times we have logged in for rectifying this complaint, yet to be corrected, we request your immedeate attention on this issue either for rectification nor replacement. Registration # TN 38 AX 6768 Why service station are not trainned to identify the cause for complaint & rectify them. Aline in reply on you action is highly solicited.
