i 'd ordered for the trial - pen type and paid for the shipping fees for that one (re'd it on about 2-weeks later ). i didn't order the whole products but been charged twice on 3rd dec 2009 for us86.93 and 16 dec 2009 for us86.93 respectively with the same reference number which shown on my credit card statement. until now, the ordered of 3rd dec 2009 not receive yet. it is possible to get the refund on second charged which i didn't order but charged? until now i still waiting for the first order which i didn't ordered but been charged ! read full review »
