I bought a pair of NFL branded pyjama pants exactly 7 days ago for Christmas for my son. We washed them and when he put them on for the first time the draw string tore out. I attempted to take them back to exchange them, and was insulted by the lady working there. Telling me they are not in original condition, (of course not do you not wash your clothes before wearing them?) then went on to say maybe you don't know how to wash?
