Simple Internet transaction for 1 year term in 2007 for properties in Nv and Ca. Billed my credit card for $1249. effective date of warranty July 6th 2007. They never sent a copy of contracts, nor did they request a signature from me for these contracts. Stated upon payment they would be activated for the 1 year term. No service calls required on properties in 2007. Then Nationwide billed my acct. in April 2008 for another $1249. without authorization, and since I was out of the area did not see the billing until I returned in July 2008.
