Letter i sent to Thrifty regarding my complaint: I am terribly disappointed with Thrifty car rentals business practices. I am considering taking further action legal action if this issue is not addressed immediately. Your manager at the Surrey, B.C. Canada location was unwilling to reverse a $200.00 deposit that I never signed for. The deposit should have been returned after the vehicle was returned undamaged.
