My fiancee was bought a Zune 80 gb from his sister in September of 08. In December of 08 the Zune would not charge. I called the Zune department and they offered to send me a box (3-5 days) for them to repair the Zune. I received the box in 5-9 days. When I received the "repaired" Zune the paper inside said it as repaired with a replacement Zune. I got the Zune, hooked it to the computer after charging it and it does not work.
