Buyers beware. I recently upgraded my daughter's phone to the new G1 via the T Mobile website. It was to be a Christmas present. Little did I know 5 days after she opened it the phone would not reboot. When calling customer service for technical support I was told I would have to ship the phone back to T Mobile. When I asked why I could not go to a T Mobile store for replacement I was told because it was purchased via the Internet. This of course is not disclosed anywhere on the T Mobile web page.
