I have been a US Bank customer for a while. I have gotten overdraft charges before because they push charges through to make sure there is a negative balance before midnight. But that's business, so I paid the outragous charges and kept banking with them. But this time I knew my account was going to be low, so I made sure at 11:00pm that it was positive by transfering money from my savings.
