I applied for and was approved for a best buy credit card only for the 0% for 36 months option. the stipulation was that i had to purchase over $999. I spent 2 hours on the phone ordering my products for them to tell me at the end that the 36 months 0% financing only applied to home theatre merchandise. Then a superviosor named Brock gets on the phone to tell me that he's sorry but no one can do anything about it and there is no one above him to speak too.
