I own a Maruti Swift and I got it damaged in a road accident. When called the Maruti helpline, I was advised to report a nearby authorized service station. Then I reported to M/S PALLAVI MOTORS, GUWAHATI(Renowned authorized Maruti Dealer cum Service station) hopefully to get my car repaired. The concerned person received my car assuring delivery exactly after one month.Till then it was good. Then started the real story.
