Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warantee) from McKenzie's Performance Products, a shop specializing in offroad parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie's, and the manager refused to honor the warantee. He said they do not do warantees. So we contacted Bilstein directly. They immediately sent out 2 new shocks. If you do business with McKenzie's Performance Products, they will not stand by the products they sell. It's buyer beware. read full review »
