I fully admit that I made a mistake with my bank account. I did not receive my banking statement from TD in September or October and completely forgot to go to a branch and request one. That said, I used my debit card for a purchase which caused an overdraft. However, I was not notified by TD Bank for over a month about the overdraft and although I continued to use the debit card with no problem, each purchase caused another overdraft along with high fee.
