General Electric, i have problems with your distributor in turkey, enkay group. i had a very bad service experience today and want to share it with you. i had a problem with my disposer. it was stuck and i think it was my fault. so icalled the service and they came. in 30 sec. they fixed the machine and charged me 40 TL. i refused it and asked them why they didnt inform me of the fee, before the service took place. they said it was the corporate policy, not to tell the price before the service took place. once, they were telling the... read full review »
