QS supplied faulty and incomplete bathroom furniture. Item was claimed to be in stock but took six weeks to deliver. Three months later they have still not supplied the missing items and in each telephone conversation they put me off saying that someone is ill, on holiday etc that prevents them fulfilling the order. They claimed to contact me but never did. They are dishonest, hostile and to sum up their customer service is non-existent.
