Charter Communications = no communications The offices employe grumpy uneducated people, who can't handle being nice, or helpful. The hotline employe sends you places that don't have equipment. The store and the hotline needs to communicate. I spend several hours on several days driving where they sent me to get nothing but aggrivation. I see now everyone who joins charter deals with charter. When it is suppost to be join charter and enjoy the service, that is not the case... read full review »
