i had bought a samsung tv. initially there were no problems but after 2 yrs one day the picture suddenly went off. then started the worst nightmare of my life the service is so horrible i wonder why nobody murders these people. i must have called about 50 times to the customer service centre each time to hear assurances that they will call back within a stipulated time which they never do.or they give me 100 other numbers for me to call where i listen to the same responses. the service engineer when he did come would not utter a word and went... read full review »
