We are facing in delivery of gas for more than 2 years. Every time we have to do 6-7 phone calls and they deliver gas cylinder after 25 days. This time we booked our cylinder on 13.12.09 and still we are waiting for gas. We have done 4 phone calls till now and every time they said tomorrow you will receive, but next day no response. Last time i have submitted a complaint on thier web site but there is no follow up by them regarding complaint. We are very upset with this type of work (delay in delivery of gas cylinder).
