I had a construction loan that converted to a regular mortgage. During construction everything was ok, but after conversion, my payments kept going somewhere within Wells Fargo but not to the right place. Every month I would get non-payment notices and I would have to send in copies of my checks to prove that they had my money. This has gone on for over a year. We agreed that having my payments autopaid by my bank was the problem and set up automatic withdrawal of the payments by WF. That didn't work either.
