Ok here is an update. Read my previous posts to see the the entire drama. But in a nutshell when I saw I was billed for shipping on 2 I called and told them I wanted to cancel the order because they were sending me 2 emery cats. They said they would send me one. Today I did receive the EmeryCat and there are 2 in the box anyway. I checked my credit card bill online they did cancel the first order and only charged me for one EmeryCat and shipping for one at 7.95, total $27.90. Okay - so here's the update. I called Emery Cat this morning and he pulled up my order. My first question was, " how much is shipping for one?". He replied " $7.95 for one". I asked " then why was I charged $15.90 on my order?" He said "you ordered a set". I said " no, I just ordered one". He said " that's the deal, it's buy one get one free, just pay s&h for both". I ordered the Emery online at Emerycat.com. I bought one Emerycat board and even though they indicate the S&H charges are $7.95 they charged me $15.90. For a total of $35.85 for one emerycat board. What a Rip off! I called the customer service number but they are closed until Monday. I will call back and cancel my order! read full review »
