I purchased a book for my husband for Christmas. He received two copies of the same book and I tried to return my copy yesterday [Jan 1 2010] at this WalMart store. After waiting on line for about 20 minutes, I was told at Customer Service that books cannot be returned after three days. He did not read the book, or even open it. I am disappointed. I never return items, but this is ridiculous. I checked the WalMart website for their return policy on books and it says "Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked."
