first week of December 2009 we received a 2lb bag of coffee and cheap tin cup shows up on doorstep delivered via UPS. No info in the package. Called customer service - no answer - left message - was never called back. Thought it might be a gift from a customer and forgot about it. Just got my credit card bill today and found a charge for $79 from CoffeeOutlet.com. Now I have to change my credit card number and report this as aFRAUD.
