MP3Playerstore.com delivered the product which failed after 9 months of usage. MP3playerstore.com offered to repair the product but later stated that its beyond repair and offered a replacement. But they didnt have that product in stock so gave me an option to either have the money back or get another product. I chose the latter and found that it was defective. Returned it, got another unit, found to be defective again. Frustrated, I asked them to return the money and they agreed.
