i bought the complete falcon crest boxset of dvds from tvdvdmania for my sister for christmas. apart from the really bad picture quality half of the episodes are missing. in this day and age are these companies really allowed to do this? also the discs are manually labelled i am absolutely apalled at this company. i have tried to contact them but no reply. something should be done about this! cathy read full review »
