In June 2009 I posted on this site I was being threatened and told by my neighbors that I only had four feet off the back of my home and they owned my electric meter and back porch.This was incredible because we have lived here, and had the same electric meter for 18 years listed in OUR name by the electric company who owns it.Our neighbors moved in about 6 years ago.I was then threatened by the police.
