COMPLAINT 1: I had booked my ticket on the website. I was going for Hajj. One week before my scheduled departure, I was informed that if you are going for Hajj you need to take a direct flight to Jeddah and not a via one. when I booked the ticket, there was no information about this rule of immigration.
