I canceled my subscription to XM over a year ago. Someone called and said they could give my 3 free months and another year a a reduced rate. I was told that at the end of the period that the service would be disconnected if I chose not to renew. XM sent me a bill for $48.78 and apparently did not disconnect my service as was stated to me. I called customer service today and was told I was speaking with a Co. rep. in West Texas. He told me to disregard the bill and they would disconnect the radio. With all the similar complaints, I wonder if they will harass me if the future for the %$48.78. I will never subscribe to XM again, this is fraudulent. read full review »
