i waited in the que for about 5 minutes. When ordering i was told that i had to wait 15 minutes because the chicken wasn't ready; i excepted this and waited patiently. When i got my food i was about to start eating when i found i hair on my chicken, the hair was a different colour and length to one of my own. As i investigated i found 6 more hairs. I took the two pieces of chicken that contained hairs up to the till and i issued a calm but stern complaint.
