I agree with the above poster. If you are moving in an apartment complex and you find the cable/internet provider is DirecPath, then move somewhere else. Our apartment complex changed to this company and it has been the worst experience with a company in my life. First they missed all of the scheduled appointments to install the internet and did not call to inform me of this. Then when complaining to customer service they could not find my account number even when I had the bill directly in front of me and read it off to them. It usually took... read full review »
