I have had two very difficult experiences with asda home delivery in one week. Firstly my order costing nearly £290 was not delivered on Monday 21st as booked. Instead we had to get up at 6.30 in the morning to take delivery. No one rang us to tell us they were not delivering. Today, however, was even more disgraceful.
