I was at the BK on Tower St. in Waterloo, IA a few minutes before 3:00, on Mon. Jan 4, 2010. As I was ordering the food, at the drive-up, the employee taking the order was rude. At one point I couldn't hear her, told her so, and she yelled her question at me. When I pulled up to the window, she said something to another employee about how something was really "f---ing" bothering her, and then she shoved my order at me.
