I have the exact same complaint as the person on1/16. I ordered a book for my daughter's college class on 1/15 and I am still waiting to get a tracking number at the very least. I also get the same automated email response about checking back in a couple of days as they update every few days. It should never take this long to get a tracking number from a company. I have shopped at Ebay and Amazon and have never had this trouble. I am contacting paypal and my bank. I agree that you should NEVER shop at papamedia.com, they are terrible!! read full review »
