I have never had a major issue with iTunes, yes there were a few things that could be better.. But nothing to really complain about. Then I received an iTunes gift card for xmas, and found out that in Canada, you cannot use a g/c to buy apps. Or use paypal. I do not see why living in Canada should change the amount of service provided. We are just as much iTunes users as an other American, why do we get less of a service?
