I saw a flight for cheaper in another website but I thought I'd book with Expedia as it is BBB's Business of the Years for 3 years. Expedia said they have a Best Fares Guaranteed policy and told me they would match the fare and issue a $50 coupon however I had to book my flight at Expedia's rate first. Then they transfered ne to customer service who will credit/refund the difference.
