Dear Sir/Madam I have a consumer C.No-197959 of 'GURGAON GAS SERVICES"', Mehrauli Rd Gurgaon (HR) Ph-0124-2330462 & 2322062. It is their rule/practice that a new cylinder booking is registered only after 15 days passed from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practice, I booked for my new refill on 18/12/2009 but after pass by an 11 days period, I telephonically further enquired on 29/12/09 about my refill delivery then staff on duty replied that due to supply problem it will take another 2-3 day... read full review »
