My horrifying experience with their untrained staff, was Dec, 27th, 2009. Yes right before new years. Their staff over cut my hair, uneven, lots of extras, never listened to me, after I made a complaint, the owner tried to convince me my hair is fine, without even looking at it. Did not send me a refund and started to tell me how good is her employee without even addressing my problem. I had grown my hair for 9 months and they TOTALLY RUINED IT.
