I signed up for the Mechanical Engineering Associates degree. The first thing Penn Foster did was to take 1240.00 from my Debit account. I paid them and was filling out the application when I noticed that I had to prove I graduated from High School. My High School closed in 1980 and the building was sold to the University of Pennsylvania, so I did not know how to retrieve my High School transcript.
