These folks made an error. Didn't contact me until almost 1 year later. Instead of calling and stating the problem, their representative phoned me Xmas Eve and launched into a diatribe about how wrong I was. I was phoned and before I hung up they sent an email also. I replied that I would get copies of my credit card statement and with Xmas being that Friday, I didn't call for copies until the following Monday, when their rep. called me and launched into another tirade about how much money I owed them.
