I ordered a pair of Ugg boots paid for them and never received them. this company has no listed address or phone number. I have contacted them via email numerous times since I placed my order in Nov. 2009. They provided me a tracking number that was someone else. They then told me that they had no record of my order although they had taken their money from my credit card.I have tried numerous times via email to resolve this matter with no resolution.
