I ordered the free trial early in December 2008. the computer froze and I did not get a confirmation of the order. I assumed it did not go through. Jan 12, 2009 I received the product and the s&h fee was charged to my credit card. I tried to call the 800 to cancel my account and have no more charges, but it was after hours and I was told to email this website. I will not pay $78/month for this product that can be purchased much cheaper elsewhere. I want to cancel my account. read full review »
