We ordered Direct TV for our new home. They installed it on the date requested and it worked for about a day, if that. Once it stopped working we called customer service to have someone come out to fix. Again we scheduled an appointment (several days later) a tech came and couldn't fix it (he didn't bring a ladder to get to reach the dish. He scheduled an appointment for 2 days later (more time away from work) and no one showed.
