Reserved (weeks in advance) a room for New Years Eve. We were directed to a seedy motel BEHIND the hotel pictured on Expedia (and not seen from the road) that was filthy and had a HUGE mold patch above the stained old steel tub. In a nutshell, we refused to stay in this gross dump and gave our passkey back to the front desk, asking that they reimburse us. They told us Exedia had to do so.
