The McDonalds on Albany Avenue in Atlantic City New Jersey is running a towing scam. They have signs saying Patron Parking Only or you will be towed, but on a few very small signs, most posted below eye level and behind parked cars, at the bottom (not all of the signs) it says "Dine In Customer Only Parking" - 45 minute limit. I ate at McDonalds on August 31, 2008, walked across the street and when I returned a few minutes later my car was being towed. I couldn't believe it?
