I booked a flight for Father's Day for my husband as a gift. He decided he wanted a refund. We started the process to get a refund well within the month cancellation policy. I have made numerous calls and left numerous messages at the number. This organization is staffed by volunteers and all I ever get is that they will let Mark (owner/manager-1-404-822-1032) know I called. I have also left messages on his voice mail.
