I have been a victim of OOkisa. I got my VISA bill yesterday and discovered they had charged $98.50 for shampoo, conditioner, serum I had returned after canceling my "membership" (which I never really signed up for, only ordered the "free trial" sample). When I called OOkisa to complain, the girl on the phone was very "curt" with me. I'm sure she has to deal with LOTS of calls similar to mine!!! read full review »
