I purchased this t.v. on 4/25/09 and called for repair on 11/30/09.The repair tech came to my home on 12/7/09 and said I needed a new panel. He said it would be a week to 10 days for the part. He ordered it on 12/10/09. I called back 2 weeks later and spoke to a tech in home repair dept, they told me the part was being shipped. I called a week later and was told the part was shipped.
