I brought a refill prescription bottle back to the pharmacy during the time when this drugstore was very backed up during the time when they were giving flu shots. The pharmacy technician was on the computer and just glanced at me and said "Is this a refill?" I said yes and went about my business in the store. When I came back to get the prescription, they told me there was no prescription and no record of me ever having been there, or requesting a refill.
