After looking at the add online to try the Acai product, at no cost except shipping $4.95, I entered my banking info. the site said bank card declined...????? later that day my bank called from the fraud dept. asking if I in fact had made the purchase, they noticed it was an unusual charge for me. I agreed that yes I had paid for shipping $4.95. It was at least 7-10 days that the product came in the mail. There wasn't any instructions in the envelope on trial period.
